Since 1989, our crews have stabilized and releveled hundreds of residences throughout the state of Hawaii with the Atlas® line of underpinning products. As a result of their consolidation with the Chance™ branded product line under Hubbell Inc., we benefit from the combined experience, expertise, and capabilities of both companies. Our local engineering community is supported by the largest engineering department in the field. We work closely with the homeowner’s design team and the manufacturer’s design staff to provide the most effective solution to distressed foundations.

The flexibility and ability of our systems to relevel settled structures allows us to close cracks in drywall, free doors or windows that are difficult to open, or correct uneven floors.

Hawaii has widely variable and difficult subsurface conditions. With their experience, our staff and field crews are peerless in their ability to address all the differing geotechnical conditions unique to Hawaii. We address the geotechnical issues for the specific project site with a variety of state-of-the-art technologies. Both design consultants and our crews can select the appropriate small diameter drilled system, driven system, helical (torqued) system, the Uretek proprietary expanding polymer grout, stabilization of expansive clayey soils with the environmentally friendly GMS Soil Stabilizer, and more from our many tools.

We work with the design team to provide an engineered solution to the homeowner’s foundation problems. Upon completion of releveling (where possible) any void spaces created during the releveling process are grouted with Uretek. And expansive soils are permanently stabilized with Green Market Solutions (GMS) Soil Stabilizer.
