Painting and Waterproofing:
Towers 06-08 may be painted and waterproofed between 10/23-11/11/26. Painting and Waterproofing may result in odors and it is suggested to keep windows and doors closed during this time.
During Construction:
Loud Noises: will affect current & surrounding drop units.
Dust: will enter the unit. Keep windows and doors closed. SSI is not responsible for dust entering into the units.
Lanais: Prior to work beginning on your tower, please ensure all lanai’s are free from personal possessions.
